During the mold‑closing and blow‑molding cycle, molten HDPE resin is forced by high‑pressure gas to conform to the mold’s inner surface, expanding and taking shape. Simultaneously, the pre‑embedded components are securely encapsulated and locked into the ghost body, resulting in a seamless exterior with no visible seams and a robust, integral bond between the accessory and the main structure. This eliminates the need for post‑production adhesive assembly, significantly enhancing structural stability and production efficiency.
The entire piece is crafted from food-grade, high-density polyethylene blow-molded material, shaped in a single blow-molding process to create smooth, rounded ghost‑inspired contours. Wall thickness is uniform and precisely controlled, resulting in a lightweight, drop‑resistant product with exceptional impact resistance that resists chipping or cracking upon impact. The design incorporates classic Halloween motifs: a ghostly figure paired with a black‑and‑purple wizard’s hat, cradling a bat in one hand and carrying a pumpkin candy bucket in the other. Playful, cartoon‑style facial features are embossed and seamlessly integrated into the molded form. Colors are applied by hand using eco‑friendly water-based paints, ensuring strong adhesion and long‑lasting vibrancy.
